A question, a bug, or an idea for a new game? Write to us, we usually reply within a few days. If something isn't working, tell us your device, the game and what happened.
Playing together
- On the home screen, tap Play together and type a name.
- Create a room, then share the 4-letter code or the invite link with up to 3 friends.
- Friends tap Join with a code (or open the link). Everyone plays on their own phone.
- The host picks a game. In some games, bots fill the empty places.
Common questions
- I can't join a room.
- Check that you're online and the code has 4 characters. A room exists only while someone is in it, so ask the host to stay in the room.
- The invite link opened the website, not the app.
- On iPhone the link opens the app when it's installed. Without the app you can play right there in the browser.
- Voice chat doesn't work in Dark House.
- Allow the microphone (Settings › dotparty › Microphone, or your browser's site settings). Some mobile networks block direct connections between phones; Wi-Fi usually helps.
- How do I change the language?
- At the bottom of the home screen, choose English or Türkçe.
- How do I reset my progress?
- At the bottom of the home screen, tap “Reset progress” twice. This can't be undone.
- My coins are gone.
- Progress is saved on your device only. Deleting the app or clearing the site's data in your browser removes it.
- Is it free?
- Yes. There are no ads and no purchases.
