These terms apply when you use dotparty, in the iPhone app or at dotparty.avenapp.com. dotparty is made by Muhammed Karataş. By playing, you agree to them.
1. Using dotparty
dotparty is free to play for your personal, non-commercial use. On iPhone, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well.
2. Playing with others
Be kind. Don't use names that are offensive, hateful or pretend to be someone else, and don't cheat, disrupt rooms or try to break the service. We may close rooms or block access to stop abuse.
3. Coins and progress
Coins and other rewards in the games have no money value and can't be exchanged or transferred. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app or clear its data.
4. Our content
The games, their design, art and code belong to Muhammed Karataş or their licensors. Some 3D models are free (CC0) works by Kenney, KayKit and Quaternius.
5. The service
dotparty is provided “as is”. Games can change, be added or removed, and playing together needs an internet connection that we can't guarantee. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for data lost on your device.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any rights you have under the law of where you live.
